Founded in 2018, Luisa Barnes Interior Design is a Chiswick-based interior design studio specialising in luxury residential projects across West London and beyond. Born from my lifelong passion for creating beautiful homes, the studio focuses on delivering thoughtful, elegant, contemporary interiors that enhance the way my clients live.

My work has been recognised internationally: the Grove Park kitchen was shortlisted for the International Design & Architecture Awards (2020), and my St John’s Wood Project was shortlisted for the SBID International Design Awards (2024). I am also a Best of Houzz Winner for Service in 2022, 2023 and 2024, reflecting my commitment to exceptional client care.

I believe the best interiors begin with a genuine understanding of the people who live in them. That’s why I always meet clients face-to-face, taking time to listen, ask questions and gain a clear insight into your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences and aspirations. With this foundation, I combine design expertise, attention to detail, and my trusted network of suppliers and trades to create beautiful, bespoke interiors that feel stylish, timeless and entirely personal.

“We recently worked with Luisa to renovate our front reception room and also to refresh our master bedroom. Luisa updated the reception room with a new contemporary fireplace and bookshelf unit and also wall coverings. She sourced new furniture pieces to complement some of our existing pieces and chose lovely fabrics for cushions and to recover a pair of chairs. In our bedroom we wanted to update our space with a new wall colour, lights and curtains and she brought forth ideas for all of these. We are extremely happy with the results.
